Nancy Zentis, Ph.D.

Dr. Zentis, is the CEO and Owner of Institute for Organization Development (IOD) providing Certification Programs for those professionals seeking to grow their careers in the field of OD.  After an extensive career as an OD Consultant, Dr Zentis established IOD in 2002 to provide certification programs for those interested in advancing in the field of OD.

Dr. Zentis formed a partnership with India Institute of OD (IIOD) 2009, CARICODE of Jamaica 2008, and African Institute of OD (AIOD) 2010 to expand the field of OD globally.   IOD offers a wide variety of programs and Certification Programs in Organization Development, Talent Management, Leadership, and Executive Coaching.

Dr. Zentis has over 30 years experience in the field of Organizational Development and Talent Management helping clients such as Motorola, Tyco, UTC, Baptist Healthcare, Cleveland Clinic, Wyndam Resorts, Kaplan University, CIti Group, MIcrosoft, and Miami Children's Hospital.  Her expertise is in Mentoring, Succession Planning, 360 Feedback, Competency Models, and Career Development using an OD approach to creating sustainable strategies.

She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Management from Capella University and a master’s is in HRM & Business Management from Central Michigan University. She has served as faculty for Brentwood University, New York Institute of Technology, University of Phoenix, Broward College, Miami Dade College, Florida International University, and Florida Atlantic University. Nancy founded the Regional Chapter of the South Florida OD Networking Group in 1999. She previously held positions as President of Fort Lauderdale ASTD, South Florida ISPI, and board positions for South Florida Compensation Association, and Broward County Chapter of SHRM.
