Christina is an experienced speaker and facilitator. She has worked primarily in health related organizations and with people at all levels, from front line staff to executives. Her speciality is in training, curriculum development, and project management.

Christina brings over 30 years of corporate and small business experience to the table. Prior to working at Extended DISC, Christina worked at Kaiser Permanente Medical Group in health education and training as the Women and Children’s Health Training Coordinator and Diversity Specialist conducting and coordinating patient and staff education programs.

Christina graduated with a BS in Biology from UC San Diego and a Masters in Public Health Training from Cal State San Jose. She is a certified HIV test counselor, an IBLC certified Lactation Specialist, a ACS Breast Health Trainer, and a s NHTSA Certified Child Passenger Safety tech. She is a Master Certifier in Extended DISC assessments and certifies trainers, consultants, executive coaches and managers how to effectively use the assessments to achieve results since 2013.
